Chief Financial Officer- Real Estate

Our client, a leading prestigious real estate developer based in Dubai, is seeking to recruit a highly qualified professional for the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company. This high profile role who will head the entire financial / investment operation requires an extremely senior professional with an exceptional track record in strategic finance initiatives, international corporate finance, mergers & acquisition, debt-restructuring and fund raising.
Reporting to the CEO & the board, you will be responsible for formulation as well as implantation of the financial strategy in line with long term business objectives. Whilst heading the treasury, investment & finance functions, you will also participate in corporate decision making along with other senior executives. As a key initiative, you will develop financial models as well as risk assessment scenarios which suit the business internally & externally. In addition, you will see all operations & issues relating to finance, treasury, mergers & acquisition, debt re-structuring, fund raising. Lead the implementation of advanced financial scenarios, by maximizing the cash flow and earnings, optimizing the capital structure and minimizing risk exposure. Oversee the development that maintains financial accounting policies, controls and procedures duly conforming to local/international standards and regulatory authorities.
You are a financial professional with CA / CPA or MBA in finance gained from reputable institution. You should demonstrate significant market knowledge related to real estate industry in the region as well as in Dubai. In addition, you have at least 15 years work experience and proved-track record with the across the finance function.
