Reporting to the Fund Manager who handles investment decision on both sell & buy side, the incumbent will be responsible for providing significant inputs to the decision making process. He /she will conduct all sorts of financial analysis as per the guidance of the fund managers. Therefore, he / she need to prepare required analysis needed for feasibility studies related potential world-wide investment opportunities. The opportunities will cover a wide-range of investment products such as direct placements, private equity markets, merger & acquisitions, bonds movement etc.
In addition, and as a part of fund raising exercise the incumbent will participate heavily in assisting decisions makers in the area of international fund market where he /she will produce options & alternatives analysis, opportunities comparisons analysis, risk-weighting analysis, maturity analysis and cost analysis. His findings are significant to formulate tactical & strategic decisions on investment decisions as well as on fund-raising decisions such as banks credit facilities, bank''s loan, bank syndication and project financing.
The ideal candidate would hold a Bachelor''s degree in Finance gained from top-notch international schools with 5-8 years of relevant experience out of which two years at similar capacity.  He / she should demonstrate a strong analysis experience for various investment purposes.  A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills; enjoy computer based research with experience in financial modelling & due diligence methodology, business valuations, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
